With reference to the above subsidence claim and repairs completed thru Johns of Nottingham and yourselves, I would like to thank you and your excellent staff, for all their hard work, patients and assistance, in completing the work at our home. The work teams, have completed their work in a professional manor, under difficult circumstances, due the our home still being occupied by ourselves and two dogs, plus furniture, these conditions hindered the pace of work due to having to work around people and furniture, making life very difficult for the team to complete their work. Your team assisted me in moving, replacing furniture to enable them to complete their daily tasks, along with trying to reinstate our home, into something liveable each evening. The decorators have done a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the finish of all my home, now it is completed.
